Here’s my process…Booking
Simply reach out with your wedding details through the contact page on my site, and I'll check my availability. If I'm free on your date, we’ll set up a Zoom call to dive into your wedding vision and ensure we’re the perfect fit. Once we’re all set, I’ll send an invoice for a £250 deposit along with my contract. Once the paperwork and payment are taken care of, you're officially booked – so exciting!
Planning
Six weeks before your wedding, I’ll send an online questionnaire along with your final balance invoice. This helps me get a clear picture of your plans and ensures that every part of your day is covered seamlessly. We’ll also have another Zoom call to review these details and address any last-minute questions you might have, so everything is set for your big day.
Wedding Day
I’ll arrive early on your wedding day to connect with your other suppliers and ensure everything's set. I’ll also stop by bridal prep (if applicable) to let you know I’m on site. While things are calm & relaxed, I’ll capture those beautiful scene-setting shots of your venue. Then… it’s SHOWTIME! I keep one step ahead throughout the day, guiding you on what to expect next. With my experience, I’ll make sure we stay on track to capture all the moments you want, while giving you the space to enjoy every minute with your friends and family.
